Noelle E. Chan

Ms. Chan graduated from Willamette University College of Law, where she served as President of Willamette’s Asian Pacific American Law Student Association and Vice President of the National Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. She was a judicial extern for the Honorable Shirley M. Kawamura, Deputy Chief Judge of the First Circuit Court State of Hawaiʻi and also for the Honorable Mark E. Recktenwald, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Hawaiʻi.
Prior to joining Bronster Fujichaku Robbins, Ms. Chan served as law clerk for the Honorable Jeffrey P. Crabtree, Judge of the First Circuit Court State of Hawaiʻi.
