Biography: Every legal dispute should be resolved as early and efficiently as possible, says Ken Robbins. With vast experience at trial, professionalism and civility, Robbins has negotiated extremely favorable settlements for his clients for many years. When it's necessary to go to court, however, Robbins has 44 years of experience, having tried to a verdict more than 140 cases with a success rate of better than 95 percent. To what does he attribute his success? Out-of-the-box thinking, hard work, and common sense, says Robbins, who has been named among the Best Lawyers in America since 1995, including Lawyer of the Year in Personal Injury Litigation in 2010 and 2013. He has also been listed as one of Hawaii's top business litigators by Super Lawyers since 2008; and he has a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating.
