Mr. Kupau graduated from the University of Hawai’i at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law, where he served as Tech Editor and Podcast Editor for the school’s Law Review, was Chief Financial Officer of the Law and Business Organization, and a member of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and Pacific Islander Legal Association. He also is a proud Ulu Lehua Scholar.
Mr. Kupau externed for the Honorable Mark E. Recktenwald, Chief Justice of the Hawaiʻi Supreme Court, and interned at the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu in the Felony Trials Division.
